The last months of the year, October through December, have many holidays. Most of which are date-worthy. Though grades are a important to high schoolers, dating also makes the “high-priority” list. Date plans can be difficult to come up with, so here are some ideas specifically for the holiday season:
October Dates:
Scary movie night
– Cuddle up on the couch and watch movies like Scream, Charade, When A Stranger calls, (etc).
Go to a pumpkin patch
Carving/painting pumpkin competition
-Turn on Halloween music while you carve/paint.
4. Go to a haunted house
-This is essential during the spooky season.
November Dates:
Fall photoshoot
-You will eventually figure out who the better photographer is.
Go admire foliage in the canyon
Go on a fall hike
-Bring a picnic and eat when you get to the desired point on the hike.
Host a “Friendsgiving Feast” with other dates -Invite friends over and require each couple to be in charge of a dish
Go to a drive-in movie
-Make sure to bring warm blankets and sweaters because it might get chilly.
December Dates:
Christmas movie marathon
Sledding followed by hot cocoa
-The warm beverage will warm you up after you have an unplanned snowball fight.
Make a gingerbread house
Drive around and look at Christmas lights
-Listen to Christmas music while you admire the lights.
Go thrifting and buy ugly sweaters and decorate them
-Have a competition to see who can make the ugliest Christmas-themed sweater.
Hopefully this gave some of you some ideas on some festive dates during the most wonderful time of the year.
