On Tuesday, May 5, Digital Media students made their way to UVU for the Digital Media Arts Festival. The festival is where students from all schools in the state come together to compete their digitized works of art. Davis placed highly in three different categories. Calvin Crowther placed first in 3D Graphics. The team Andrew Grant, Nate Burnett, and Drew Keller placed 2nd in Stop Motion Animation. Jed Fowles also received an honorable mention in Digital Audio. Next Friday, May 15th, Mrs. Greenwood will be hosting an awards ceremony for the winners in the competition at UVU, as well as the one she hosted at the school. All Digital Media students are invited to come. Refreshments will be served.
