Lily’s Cottage Bakery! LCB is a brand-new online bakery that delivers fresh and
delicious cookies right to you.
So, what is an online bakery? Currently, Lily’s Cottage Bakery classifies as one.
It means that the bakery runs on their Instagram, where you can DM to request a batch.
Maybe in the future we will see a building with the logo, but for now you can visit their
Instagram page @lilyscottagebakery. If the bakery has a new treat ready to order,
simply send a quick message requesting an order! There are specific dates when they
deliver, sometimes multiple options, so choose the one that would work best for you.
And just like that, in a couple of weeks the cookies will find you!
How did Lily’s Cottage Bakery start? It begins with two women, mother and
daughter, Angee Gardiner and Lily Gardiner Rowe. After brainstorming ideas for weeks
on names, logos, and treats, LCB was born late January of 2025. When asked how they
came up with the name, Angee said, “Because it originated in [Lily’s] home!” Indeed, the
first experiments and recipes that were tested happened at Lily’s house over the years.
After spending hours in the kitchen, and her mother enthusiastically joining in, the two
slowly began to create what is now known as Lily’s Cottage Bakery.
Their first ever order, the Valentine’s Day cookies, were a smashing success.
Beautifully packaged and well-thought-out, people saw a minimum of four scrumptious
cookies on their porches in February, depending on their order. Making and frosting
about four hundred cookies, the co-founders were ecstatic about the positive response.
With over one hundred orders on their first launch, both kitchens were crowded with
delicious sugar cookies and frosting. Even though the orders took days of hard work,
Angee and Lily cannot be more happy and excited to continue baking for the people
around them.
