The Davis High wrestling team had a meet against Syracuse High on Tuesday, December 17. Unfortunately, the darts took a tough loss to them, with the final score being 14-48.

The wrestlers were unhappy about the loss, and are hoping to do better this weekend at the tournament they will be competing in this Friday and Saturday.

“Lol we got our butts handed to us,” Connor McCall, a junior on the team, explained.

“I think we will do pretty well even though the team is pretty tired. We have all been working really hard recently and we’re pissed about the loss to Syracuse,” he further commented.

The tournament is on Friday December 20th, and Saturday the 21st. The wrestlers are determined to do well and will probably kick trash this weekend. Let’s go Davis!
